A hands-on echo-IA workshop bringing together experts in IA modelling, observations, and simulations. Intrinsic alignments are correlations in galaxy orientations driven by their environments; they are both a cosmological signal and a key systematic for weak lensing. The format blends short overview talks with collaborative sprints to align methods across surveys, share datasets and benchmarks, and produce practical outputs (code, notes, comparison plots, analysis roadmaps). Emphasis is on cross-survey coordination and open tools, with daily wrap-ups to track progress and next steps.
